Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• It may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank

Non-Refundable Items

• Used or damaged items not caused by us
• Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
